Thanksgiving Feast

On our last school day before Thanksgiving Break, the Kindergartners dressed up with Mrs. Hackbarth's and Mrs. Leonard's classes to enjoy a Thanksgiving Feast as Pilgrims and Indians. They enjoyed trying yams, cranberries, peas, corn, cornbread with honey, and of course turkey. Ask your Kindergartner if he/she tried anything new to eat, and which Thanksgiving food he/she liked best. We ate at long tables just like the Pilgrims really did it.
