6th Grade Big Buddies

On Friday we met our 6th Grade Big Buddies for the first time. We will be getting together with the 6th Graders from Mrs. Pernsteiner's and Mrs, Stibbe's classes several times for special events throughout the year. Can your Kindergartner tell you his/her buddy's name?

For our first meeting, the 6th grade buddies helped us create Pilgrim hats and collars for next week's Thanksgiving Feast. Then we rotated between Mrs. Hackbarth, Mrs. Couillard, and Mrs. Brown's classrooms for three Thanksgiving stations: "Pin the Waddle on the Turkey" game, "Turkey BINGO," and creating a turkey snack.
